October 30, 2008 Marlboro, NY. Regional Excel Homes and former Chelsea Modular Homes Builders were on hand at the New Grand Opening of the Excel Homes LLC. Marlboro Operations. On hand were Local Town, State and Ulster
Officials along with New and Old Builder Customers of Excel Homes. On hand also were
many members of Excel Homes Company and President and CEO Mr. Steve Scharnhorst to welcome everyone to the Marlboro Operations.
The Factory has been re fitted and is producing quality modular homes again thanks to Mr. Scharnhorst and his dedicated team. Also on hand were many of the product venders showing the new and different products that may be used as Standard to
Additional Options and Upgrades. Quite a nice showing.
